Our seven architect-designed homes are all next door to each other on Jaco’s peaceful south end where the tropical rainforest kisses the ocean breakers. You will feel like you are living in the tropics of Costa Rica. 

But it does! We have a full-menu, beach-style restaurant and bar on the beach open 7-days a week for our guests – breakfast, lunch and dinner.

All seven homes are a mere 65-miles from the San Jose Airport. Our gated venue on the beach is also great for family, high school or college reunions, church retreats, corporate events or big magical birthday celebrations. Our facility is protected with gated, 24/7 security plus on-site gated parking. All lifestyles are welcome.
